| A newcomer, probably a Borinda, introduced from seeds from Yunnan; survived extreme frosts in march 2018 without freezing back! 8 m tall, probably more. Also introduced as Fargesia albocerea Black Stem. Shoots are edible. This plant can be found in the botanical garden in the following locations:
